convenient location helpful staff practical storage
I found the location very convenient, providing easy access to nearby shops. The staff were helpful with directions and local recommendations. The provided ski storage was practical, with access to the slopes each morning. A very nice on-site parking was also available.
I noticed a slightly worn carpet in the room. It did not affect my stay, but it was there.

The staff assisted with luggage and provided prompt room service. Concierge services arranged transportation. Daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness. They were quick and efficient.

The kitchenette was perfectly equipped it was a definite plus.
I was quite disappointed by the parking fee that I discovered upon arrival it seemed excessive. The hotel dining was also a letdown. I found it acceptable for lunch but not for breakfast.

prime position equipped kitchenette mountain-view pool friendly staff
The hotel's location near the main gondola provided easy access. Our suite offered ample space and included a well-equipped kitchenette. It suited our needs. I found the mountain-view pool very relaxing, and the spa added to the experience. The staff proved friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I noticed the parking was quite tight, making maneuvering a bit challenging

Convenient Location and Excellent Amenities
ideal location full kitchen quiet room e x p e n s i v e p a r k i n g
The hotel's location was ideal. It was an easy walk to both the village and Blackcomb. The apartment had everything needed for self-catering. The full kitchen was a definite plus. I also enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub. The room itself was very quiet and private. It allowed for a peaceful stay.
The charge for parking the car was a surprise and quite expensive. It detracted from an otherwise positive experience. I believe the parking fee should be more reasonable.

The staff were professional and friendly. They addressed my needs quickly. They helped with luggage and provided helpful directions and recommendations. I am grateful for the efficient front desk service I received.
